Email notifications for users and administrators

WC Support System allows you to enable email notifications, for both end users and administrators.

With each new ticket published or when an existing one is updated, a notification will be sent with all the details.

In addition to the possibility of setting the email address and the name with which to send notifications, you can insert a text that is displayed in the foter of each email sent, a useful tool for example to describe the characteristics of the service offered.
