MailUp for WooCommerce allows you to add a newsletter subscription flag in the checkout form, so that the user can give his consent at the same time as the order.
In the plugin settings, it is possible to decide whether to send the user the confirmation of registration provided by MailUp, as well as to choose the list and any MailUp group to which to add the user.
