With MailUp for WooCommerce you can ask the user to subscribe to the newsletter at the same time as registering on your website.
In the plugin settings, it is possible to decide whether to send the user the confirmation of registration provided by MailUp, as well as to choose the list and any MailUp group to which to add the user.
The newsletter subscription flag will be present both in the WordPress registration form and in the WooCommerce one, as shown in the images below.
