Back-end ticket search

Over time, with the increase in requests for assistance from users, it becomes essential for the administrator to be able to easily retrieve specific tickets, perhaps among hundreds if not thousands of other contents.

WooCommerce Support System allows you to carry out targeted searches, with the ability to retrieve tickets through the user’s name, their email address or simply by using the title of the ticket itself.

It is also possible to get a specific ticket using its id, to do so just prepend an hash to the number of the ticket you are looking for.
