Define the page for user support

The plugin allows you to select a page of your WordPress site, in which to show the assistance service to the user.

It is also possible to create a new page, as shown in the image below.

With this option you can decide whether to insert the user’s ticket table, before or after the content already present in the selected page.

Using the shortcode

If these options aren’t enough, you can also use the [support-tickets-table] shortcode to position the support ticket table in any area of your website.
