WooCommerce Support System shows in the back-end the list of tickets opened by users, highlighting in bold – as well as through the system of labels that identify the status of the request – those that have yet to be processed.
To open the single ticket and see its content, simply click on the title of the ticket itself; the plugin will call you asynchronously the discussion with the user and will show it on the same page, without the need for it to be reloaded.

With the option shown in the image above, you can decide to keep the ticket you are working on open, even after the publication of a new message, to allow the administrator to check the conversation as a whole at the end of the his job.
