Opening and updating of a ticket by the user

To open a new ticket, the user just needs to click on the dedicated button and select the product for which he wants to ask for assistance.

Once this is done, just add a title and proceed with the drafting of the ticket, using the traditional and complete WordPress editor.

If the user is logged in to the site, they will also be able to add images and files, in all formats supported by WordPress.

To update an existing ticket, or to add a new message to the conversation, the user just needs to click on the New message button, visible in the image above.

the style of buttons and other graphics will depend on the WordPress theme you are using.
