    Hi minh hung, thanks for your purchase.
    If I’m not wrong, JW Player supports only YouTube as external video service, you can’t use Vimeo for example.
    No problem if we’re talking about a direct video URL so, please try to publish your video and let me have a link, I’ll support you in this test.

    As you can see here, Google Drive is not officially supported but there is a solution.

    Start buying the premium plugin where you have the responsive player option; after that you will have all the help that you need.

    You need a self hosted player, you can’t use the JW Player console. That has to be clear.
