    Hi there.

    I tried to move my website by Duplicator.
    After the move, there is some trouble.
    Because of JW player plug-in.
    When I deactivate JW Player it works.
    But activate it does not work.

    So, I removed JW Player 7 for WordPress – Premium and install Jw Player 7 for wordpress (not Premium version).
    It works!
    And I try to download Premium version at Download Menu for re-install. But…
    “It seems like your Premium Key is expired. Please, click here for prices and details.”
    🙁

    What should I do?
    I want to reinstall JW player 7 for wordpress premium.
    Should I buy again?

    Hi platypus,
    the first think to do in understand which kind of error you’re getting with the premium plugin, so we need more information.
    You can activate the debug and read the file wp-content/debug.log.

    The Premium key works for one year so yes, you have to update your license.
