    Hi, hope you can help, I’ve downloaded JW Player 7 and I’ve filled in my license key but I don’t know what to enter for the Player library URL.
    I’m using wordpress.com not org, I’ve watched your video but it stops when entering that box.
    I’m hosting the videos on hostgator rather than youtube or vimeo, but the JW player isn’t working.

    Hi Alexander.
    For using JW Player 7 for WordPress plugin, you have to register to the official JW Player site, download the player and upload it to your site.
    After that, just add the full url of your jwplayer.js file that is inside the player folder.
    Anyway, I don’t think you have ftp access on wordpress.com, don’t you?

    Hi, thanks for the reply, so as I’m using wordpress.com and don’t have a ftp access does that mean I can’t use JW Player 7? 6 worked fine.

    Hi Alex, sorry if I lost the thread of the conversation.
    As unofficial plugin, It can’t include the player; that’s why you have to upload it by yourself using ftp.

    I am having the same problem. I bought the premium version today, and also downloaded the free verion and no where in either of those zip sets is jwplayer.js

    suggestions?

    Hi Colin, thanks for the purchase.
    The player is not in my plugins folder, I can’t include it in my product.
    You have to get the player from the jwplayer official site and follow the steps described here:
