    I can use your plugin with Chrome but it is not working on mobile phones, and IE, Mozilla, and Yandex Browsers. What could be the cause and how do i make it work on other browsers. Also how do I use the short-code to enable quality toggle.

    Hi Jack.
    The plugin works in every browser and mobile phones. There is a known problem of JW Player with Internet Explorer, you can find a lot of informations about that but we are talking about the player, not the plugin.
    Please let me have a page link for checking what’s going on.

    It is working for you because I reverted to WordPress Default Player to prove to you that the problem is not with the link as you postulated. I can activate the JW Player once you lare ready to take a look.
