    I have observed that when I open a post with video content the JW player fails to load as it keeps displaying ‘loading the player’.

    my videos play as soon as I revert player to WordPress Native Media Player. Please, how do I resolve this. I need to launch my site ASAP.

    Thanks I just resolved it. Presently I am trying to figure out how to use [jw7-video] shortcode for quality toggling. Main question is where do I insert the code, and if I have 4 different qualities do I have to insert the code for each url? Finally does the plugin support automated quality toggling?

    Thanks in advance for expedience. I will give you a five for the quality of support, the fast response is impressive.

    I just found another problem, the videos play on desktop chrome browser but does not play on several other browsers including phones. I just tried IE, Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser, and an android mobile phone chrome browser. Pls try this link: http://bichme.com/movies/batman-harley-quinn/

    Try this link in your browser and you will see the result. The video is not accessible.
    Another thing. If you add a video url that doesn’t finish with the file extension, you have to force it using the specific tool that you have in “More oprions”.

    I reverted to WordPress default Player (Media Element) and it plays on mobile and other devices. This shows that the problem is not with the link but the player. When you are ready I can activate JW PLayer so that you can see the performance again.

    I have test the link https://ilghera.com/test-2/. It fails on mozilla firefox 55.0.3 and yandex browsers but works on chrome, microsoft edge, and my android. What could be the problem? While is the link from my site not working on microsoft edge and mozilla firefox? I wish there was an upload button for me to upload my snapshots of the failure of firefox and yandex.

    Same browser but in Linux.
    My opinion is that you have to contact the JW Player official support and ask them what’s going on; it seems something about the player, not the plugin.
    Anyway, if a bug if found in my product I will fix it asap.
