    Hi,
First of all, let me disclose that I know nothing about coding and I just try to follow instructions the best way possible and try to understand what I am doing. My boss wants to use JWPLAYER in our company website to show a video from a specific URL. Such URL is a feed from some recorded events from one of our customers.

So, I downloaded the JWPLAYER 7 (free for now to see if it works for our needs or not) and followed your steps to install this plugin. I set it up according to the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5zl5g4jQzo), using the FTP method. So now I have a file as follows: /public_html/jwplayer/jwplayer.js

I configured the plugin through the dashboard, entered the license key, set the player library URL: http://www.avbbcorp.com/jwplayer/jwplayer.js and set it to just work for pages.

In the page where the video should be displayed (https://www.avbbcorp.com/teracue-case_studies), the JW PLAYER settings are – for testing purposes:
    MEDIA URL: https://www.avbbcorp.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/red-magma-2K.mp4
[I am using a video that is in my wordpress library for testing purposes]

and switched the URL to: https://youtu.be/v0OyCEBkAP8 to test another link from YouTube (a live feed fron National Geographic)

In either case nothing happened, my page shows “Loading the player” on top and that’s it.

I don’t know where I am supposed to be a code, if any, to display the link on the page. Or would the fact that I entered an URL on the JWPlayer settings for that page be enough?

Please advise and sorry for my lack of knowledge on this topic. Thanks,
