Hi @Andrea,
The original URL I used came from the jwPlayer dashboard. I am asking them why that is the URL and not the one you sent me. The one you sent seems to work fine as I can now play the video in IE11.
I am a new developer to this site so have no idea yet how things are coded and why for instance that player script is commented out of the code.
I thank you for your time and help in this matter.

Was that test above in Internet Explorer v 11.576.14393.0 ? Things work fine in Chrome and Firefox.
When I changed the player to the cloud hosted one then an insecure content error occurred due to the http. I changed this to https and then the browser throws an error.
GET https://web.babypillars.com/libraries/VKP1j9M9.js net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
