I was looking for a css issue in your code but I wasn’t able to find it. If the problem was only the video pushed to the bottom, you could just add top: -16% !important to your style.css, line 237, it worked for me.
Anyway, I think you have to find a conflict with another component of your site, probably a plugin. Try to disable all of them and verify is one the responsible. Otherwise, try to activate for a second another theme, the bad code could be there.
