    I’ve set up a video on our site that works beautifully on laptops, desktops, and tablets (at least the ones I’ve been able to test), and the video portion works beautifully on mobile phones–but with no audio. Why can’t I get audio on mobile phones (iOS and android)?

    Hi Mark. I’m really sorry for the late, this is no good.
    Did you solved your issue? Is the video working on mobile now, also with audio?

    No worries. I gather you’re a one-man shop and figured you’re pretty busy. Anyway, no, the issue is not resolved. I went on and posted the video since we had a deadline to meet, and most of the people who will be viewing it will view it on something other than a mobile device — but I still get no audio on either an iOS or Android phone. Would appreciate your help in getting this resolved. You can see one of the videos in question at:

    Mark, that link is not working, I get a 403 – Forbidden Error.

    Sorry… I had to activate some country blocking because of some repeated hacking attempts. I’ve temporarily disabled it now, so you should be able to access the link I gave you. Let me know if you still have an issue with it and I’ll try something else. Thanks for your patience!

    Dang! OK, your IP (185.5.63.25) was also in the blacklist (not yours specifically, but the whole range). I’ve removed that range, so hopefully that’ll give you access. Let me know…
