I purchased the premium version of the plugin. Still can’t seem to figure out where to add / adjust the custom video image.

I put the URL for the mp4 video file in and the video pops up and plays properly. When I choose the edit option there is only a place to add the URL. I can’t seem to figure out how to adjust the other options.

Hi vince, thanks for your purchase.
You can set a default preview image in the plugin option page. Also, you can add a specific image for every single video using the field in the JW Player box; you can see it by clicking on “More options”.
    Hope this helps.

AHHH found the JW Player Box all the way at the bottom of the page. LOL. I ended up just doing a word search for “more options” and there it was. HEH.

I got the hold image working all fine. There is a new issue.

The video doesn’t play full screen any more. I’ve played around with responsive view / static. The hold image is full screen then on play the video is about half the size.

    Hi Vince.
As you can see here, everything is working well in another site; same video, poster image, logo and player setup (responsive).
That means that there is something responsible of that, your theme or a plugin.
Usually the best way to find out the guilty, is to deactivate all the plugins and activate them one by one. Also, if this was not resolutive, move to another theme could be a useful test, something like Twenty Fifteen or another default theme will be fine.
Hope this helps; please keep me informed, ok?
    Thanks.

    Ok, I’ve got the solution.
Go to your style.css, line 56 and comment max-width: 100%.
You can even delete video and leave just img, object.
    That’s all 😉

    You’re welcome 😉
If you’ll find the plugin useful, don’t forget to leave a review, ok?
    Thanks in advance.
