    Hi,
    I am hosting my videos on amazon s3 (https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/…/*.mp4) and I don’t get preview image on Jw Player 7, only black screen.
    If I use [embed] shortcode, it’s working, I have an image preview, what can I do ?
    I am using [jw7-video n=”1″] to embed video.

    Hi,
    Here is a link to a test page where first video is using [embed], and second one is using [jw7-video n=”1″]

    I wasn’t able to find any specific informations about Amazon s3 contents. That means that, talking about the poster image, you have to proceed like always, indicating the image url to JW Player. If anyone has more details about that, please comment this thread.
