KeymasterIt can stream contents from wowza but the player is… itself!
Use the tester and try there a link from wowza service. As I told you, what you need is a JW Player Premium License.
If you have an example of source url I can test it for you.7 September 2017 at 22:56 #2745Imran Murtaza

KeymasterHi. Please, let me have more details and a page link.
Thanks.12 December 2017 at 7:27 #3013tdd2w
ParticipantHi I just purchased your plugin JW for wordpress. I’m trying to use youtube videos but they aren’t playing when I add the link to the custom field at the bottom. I contacted cactus themes, who is the developer of videopro, who recommended your plugin, and they told me I needed a player library URL. I try to sign up to get a “free” account at JWplayer, but it seems you now have to pay $60 per year. I’ve seen some posts that mention that youtube videos can be used, but why isn’t it working for me. I get “loading the player” at the left corner of the video. Please help

KeymasterHi @tdd2w!
You can use your own JW Player cloud library for free, please have a look here:12 December 2017 at 16:59 #3015tdd2w
ParticipantI don’t understand. If I’m just uploading youtube videos, why do I need a player library url? And, the JWplayer website is $60 per year. Your post makes it seem like it’s free to set up an account at https://www.jwplayer.com/sign-up/ but you actually can’t get a free account. Do you see what I mean. The post is misleading, so why do I need a jwplayer url if I”m uploading youtube videos? That is confusing.

KeymasterIf you want to play YouTube videos in jwplayer, you have to load the player, this is not too complicate I think.
Again, using the cloud player is completely free, please follow the steps described in the page that I gave you and if you find any problem, write me back, ok?19 December 2017 at 17:07 #3025tdd2w
ParticipantHey Andrea,
I went ahead and purchased a subscription to JW player for the year, because no matter what link I clicked on, it took me to the purchase page. There was no free registration at all. If there was before, it’s not available now.
I finally did this and added the url and now I’m getting the error: Error loading player: no playable sources found. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to do something else? i’m using the videopro template which is the one that recommended your plugin. I even added the link of the video to the JW player site and nothing. Please help. Thx!19 December 2017 at 17:46 #3026ilGhera
KeymasterHi @tdd2w.
You’re right, something is changed.
I can still using my free account but, trying to creating a new one, I could see that is not possible any more.
Bad news!
Using my cloud library I’m able to play YouTube videos, this is just an example:If you have any problems on using contents from YouTube, please contact the official jwplayer support and ask them what’s going on.

ParticipantI’m still having issues. I did contact JW player support. However, I did also upload videos to the JW player and I added the video url in the section where it says to add the link on the post for the video – so I added the jwplayer link: https://content.jwplatform.com/players/lo1eg90Y-XRbbbFhQ.html and I”m still getting the error: Error loading player: no playable sources found.
I did add the license code also for JW7 player. In the video extensions section part of the videopro template, I selected use JW player.
So, I’m unsure what the issue it at the moment.19 December 2017 at 23:30 #3030ilGhera
