    Hello,
    I work with Jwplayer prenium.
    My videos that find on my cloud at orange and the orsque that I inform the url of the video of my cloud in jwplayer it does not recognize it …
    Error loading media: file could not be played
    Example of an orange cloud video url: https://share.orange.fr/#GoGjiRXnwA2e97e8d008
    While the video is an mp4 file
    Can you help me ?

    Hi @bat.
    JW Player requires always the direct url of the media source.
    If I put your link into the browser, I can see a web page, not just a video.

    Do you know a cloud that allows to store videos and give direct url of the media source?

    Hi @bat. Actually no, sorry 🙁
    Since I’ve never needed services like that, I don’t know the options available very well. Anyway, doing supports for my users, I saw videos stored on Amazon, Google, Vimeo (the premium license lets you get the direct link of your videos) and many more.
    Sometimes, the url is without the file extension at the end, so it doesn’t work. That’s why I added the tool for specifying the media type that solves the problem.
    Usually, try the media url into the browser is a good test; if you see the content in a simple html5 player everything is ok. Otherwise, if you see a dedicated, a specific player or a web page, you can’t use that link in JW Player.
