Since I’ve never needed services like that, I don’t know the options available very well. Anyway, doing supports for my users, I saw videos stored on Amazon, Google, Vimeo (the premium license lets you get the direct link of your videos) and many more.
Sometimes, the url is without the file extension at the end, so it doesn’t work. That’s why I added the tool for specifying the media type that solves the problem.
Usually, try the media url into the browser is a good test; if you see the content in a simple html5 player everything is ok. Otherwise, if you see a dedicated, a specific player or a web page, you can’t use that link in JW Player.
