    Hello,

    For some time, I have some concerns about subtitles and full screen on Apple brand devices.

    On Iphones, it is no longer possible to put in full screen and since Ipads, the subtitles are skipping.

    Hi Mohamed,
    I’ve made two tests and it worked in both cases:

    • iPad 2 with iOS 7.1
    • iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1

    Anyway, this is something that depends directly from the player, not the plugin.
    You can try to ask to the JW Player support and see what the say.

    Remember that YouTube videos are not supported by JW Player any more.
