Hello, new user here. Purchased 3 site license yesterday.
The product doesn’t seem to be the same as the guides and I am unable to get it to work.
I am using WP 5.4.1, fresh install, for testing.
I am trying to publish a self hosted HLS video (by CDN URL)
In the SELF-HOSTED guide here it shows the short code below the URL.
In my version, there is no short code option, and no options at all to insert the video into the page.
What is wrong here?
